1. Service

How To Get A Job ("we", "us") provides a 4-week guided job search sprint for Le Wagon graduates. The sprint includes CV review, LinkedIn optimization, portfolio project guidance, application tracking, and market data insights.

2. Payment

The sprint costs EUR 29 (one-time). Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing payment you confirm you are at least 18 years old and agree to these terms.

3. Refund Policy

If you actively participate in all 4 weeks of the sprint but do not receive the three guaranteed deliverables (CV review, portfolio project, 40+ targeted applications), you are entitled to a full refund. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the sprint end date by emailing us directly.

4. What We Expect From You

The sprint requires active participation. We provide the system, tools, and guidance. You do the work. Results depend on your engagement. We cannot guarantee employment.

5. Your Data

We collect your name, email, CV, and job search preferences to deliver the service. We do not sell your data to third parties. Your CV and personal documents are used solely to provide personalized guidance during the sprint. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

6. Intellectual Property

Materials, templates, and tools provided during the sprint are for your personal use only. You may not redistribute or resell them.

7. Limitation of Liability

We provide career guidance and tools, not employment guarantees. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid (EUR 29). We are not responsible for hiring decisions made by employers.
